Privacy Notice

This privacy notice tells you what to expect when FleetCheck collects your personal information.

When individuals apply to work at FleetCheck, we will only use the information they supply to us to process their applications and to monitor recruitment statistics. Where we want to disclose information to a third party, for example, where we want to take up a reference, we will not do so without informing them beforehand unless the disclosure is required by law.

Personal information about unsuccessful candidates will be held for 12 months after the recruitment exercise has been completed; it will then be destroyed or deleted. We may retain de-personalised statistical information about applicants to help inform our recruitment activities, but no individuals would be identifiable from that data.

What Information Do We collect?

FleetCheck collects and processes a range of information supplied by you. This may include:

  • Your name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number, date of birth and gender;
  • Details of your qualifications, skills, experience and employment history, including start and end dates, with previous employers;
  • Information about your nationality and entitlement to work in the UK;

We may also collect, store and use sensitive personal information supplied by you, including:

Information about medical or health conditions, including whether you have a disability for which the organisation needs to make reasonable adjustments.
