FleetCheck LicenceAssured
Whether you check licences periodically or sporadically, doing it manually is long-winded and doesn’t show any new points your drivers may have picked up until after it’s all happened.
FleetCheck LicenceAssured checks your drivers' licences using live a direct DVLA Access to Driver Data link and is available as a standalone product. Now, checks can be scheduledand run automatically, and any new points or infringements are reported back to you without need to wait for a driver to tell you. And if your drivers use the FleetCheck Driver app, they can give their consent there too.
FleetCheck Technician
If you've use in-house technicians and you’re managing workshop bookings in one diary, compliance dates in a spreadsheet, and jobs on handed out bits of paper, come and see us on Stand A32.
FleetCheck Technician is an add-on product to FleetCheck Professional that connects the process from initial report to completed repair – with technicians working from the mobile app and you managing everything from the Technician portal. When a driver reports a defect through the FleetCheck Driver app, you can:
- View maintenance schedules in advance to easily know workshop capacity
- Assign work to the right technicians based off the report you’ve received
- Monitor the progress of work and act on any hold ups if needed
- Gain a full audit trail by tracking every job from report to sign-off against the specific vehicle
Our latest update makes bookings smarter too. Related jobs can be grouped into a single booking, so a vehicle comes in once rather than three times, and you can set scheduling rules that match how your workshop operates.
Otto: Your new AI assistant
Come and meet Otto, the new AI assistant for fleet operations that runs directly off your own fleet data. When you need answers, just ask Otto.
Instead of clicking through screens, just ask it! Which vehicles have an MOT due in the next 30 days? Which vans are VOR right now? And then ask follow-up questions and export results as you go.

10 years with Driving for Better Business
10 years with Driving for Better BusinessDfBB, the government-backed programme from National Highways, are joining us on the stand this year as we mark 10 years of working together on reducing work-related road risk.
Over that time, we've built their Van and Car Driver Toolkits into the FleetCheck Driver app and added their Driving for Work Policy Builder to FleetCheck. They also helped us launch our library of practical guides for operators, FleetInsights, earlier this year.
