We’re excited to be returning to this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show!
The show runs from the 21st-23rd April at the NEC, Birmingham, and you can find us on Stand 5B60 (near the EV café!). Whether you’re an existing customer wanting to catch up in person, or you’re just curious about what FleetCheck actually does, come and have a conversation with our team. Just a chance to see the software in action, get your questions answered, and talk through whatever else is on your mind.
Why visit FleetCheck at Stand 5B60
FleetCheck is 20 this year – and having just received our reader-recommended award for the fifth consecutive year, and 98% of customers in our recent CSAT survey saying they'd recommend us, it's good to know what we're doing is still working for real-world operators.
The problem we set out to solve hasn’t changed much over the years, even if fleets have grown more complex. The businesses we talk to are typically juggling between 7-12 different fleet systems – each one perfectly capable in its own right, but no good at talking to each other. Layer on top of that the paper-based processes and spreadsheets that many fleets still rely on, and you’ve got a picture that’s hard to see clearly.
FleetCheck pulls your vehicle, driver, and asset information into one place. That visibility matters, not just for keeping on top of compliance, but for the decisions that come after: when to replace a vehicle, assessing driver risk, deciding which drivers and depots are good for alternative fuel suitability and when. Our extensive integration suite also means that data doesn’t just flow in, but it also flows back out to other business systems. This can help take fleet from the necessary evil that it’s often deemed as, to a strategic business asset.
Come and find out more about:
FleetCheck & VDO: An industry first
We’ll be chatting about our new integration with VDO, Europe’s leading tachograph analysis company – the first integration of its kind in the industry. For any business working towards DVSA Earned Recognition, this is worth paying attention to. FleetCheck is a validated IT supplier for Earned Recognition; VDO is a validated manufacturer. The partnership brings both together.
Practically speaking, a new single-sign-on (SSO) makes moving between FleetCheck and VDO’s detailed tachograph data straightforward and secure. No more managing separate contracts or jumping between unconnected systems. Driver infringement data will now also pull directly into FleetCheck, giving you a genuinely consolidated view of compliance.
Managing everything related to my fleet in one place has always been the ideal scenario. This new partnership between FleetCheck and VDO feels like a major step to that goal – and it’s exciting to see it become a reality.

Enhancements to the FleetCheck Technician App
We’re unveiling a major overhaul of our FleetCheck Technician app at the show. Technician is our digital and defect rectification platform, used by workshops to plan, complete, and record vehicle inspections, including DVSA Safety Inspections (PMIs). It integrates directly with FleetCheck, so your fleet data stays current without anyone having to manually chase it.
What’s NEW?
- Job allocation & calendar improvements – better booking management, a technician day planner, and capacity indicators so you can see at a glance what your workshop can realistically take on
- Stock management – tracking for dry and wet stock, stock levels, re-order alerts, and usage recorded against completed jobs
- Wider compliance coverage – the app now supports MOT tests and servicing alongside PMIs, so more of your compliance workflow sits in one place
The new enhancements – including several suggested by customers – add to that core appeal, enabling the management of a wider range of compliance actions and ensuring that workshop capacity is available to fulfil them.
Barrie Wilson, Strategic Relationship Manager, FleetCheck.
Enhancements to the FleetCheck Driver Pro App
We're also introducing a significant update to the FleetCheck Driver Pro app at this year's show. The headline addition is a new expense submission module. The app now calculates total private and business distances automatically, working out what's owed or chargeable without anyone having to do the maths manually. Receipts can be photographed and submitted directly in the app - no spreadsheets or remembering to hand anything in at the office.
For fleet managers, it means the data you need for mileage reimbursement and private use charges is coming through clean, consistently, and without the usual back-and-forth. For drivers, the admin is just gone.
