FleetCheck customer conference 2026
Resort World, Genting Hotel, April 22nd
Join us and 50+ other fleet professionals for an exclusive customer-only event on Wednesday afternoon of the Commercial Vehicle Show 2026.
That's why we're bringing together fleet professionals facing the same compliance headaches, maintenance challenges, and operational pressures – and who are already using FleetCheck to solve them. You’ll leave with practical ways to get more from the system, new connections, and strategies you can take away and implement immediately.
What to expect
Hear from fleet professionals using FleetCheck in ways you might not have considered. You’ll pick up new approaches that are delivering results for real operations.
Bring your toughest operational headaches – DVSA compliance, vehicle downtime, driver behaviour, and more – and workshop them with people who’re tackling the same issues. Get practical solutions you can use the next day.
Meet fleet professionals running similar operations who get the daily pressures you’re under. You’ll have the time for proper conversations about the realities of running a fleet, not just quick conference small talk.
Get an exclusive look at our product roadmap and share your input directly with the team. For those interested, you can also apply to join our Customer Council – an opportunity to road-test new features, provide feedback, and influence future development.

Business Support Manager
Citizen Housing
How does a housing association managing over
350 vehicles and nearly 7,000 assets bring real fleet visibility and structure to an operation of that scale? Join Scott Fincham as he shares how Citizen Housing found creative ways to stretch FleetCheck far beyond standard vehicle and driver management, to become the backbone of their operation.
- How his team built asset hierarchies and compliance schedules for specialist equipment you wouldn’t expect to find in a fleet system
- How QR code tracking brought structure and accountability to tools and equipment that used to go unmanaged - no specialist software needed
- How they rolled out the FleetCheck Driver app across a large, ageing workforce, and the impact it’s had on their defect reporting culture
General Operations Manager
Adrian White Building Supplies
What does smarter fleet procurement actually look like? And could your oldest vehicle secretly be your best performer? Join Wyatt Tait as he shares how AWBS uses FleetCheck to dig beneath the surface of fleet costs across a mixed fleet of 30 vehicles, and make more of the data they already have.
- Why analysing individual vehicle costs has changed how he makes replacement decisions for the better
- How he uses FleetCheck's reporting and analytics to identify patterns in maintenance costs and driver-related damage, that now shape his entire procurement strategy
- How the data habits that drive better procurement decisions also lay the groundwork for Earned Recognition – and why the two goals are more aligned than most fleet operators realise
Fleet Manager
SMS Energy
What does best-in-class accident management look like in practice? And what difference can it make to your bottom line? Join Yvonne Cannon from SMS Limited as she shares how the business manages collisions and claims through FleetCheck across a fleet of more than 550 vehicles – and why their insurers now hold them up as an example of good practice.
- How their “Golden Hour” approach to accident reporting has reshaped driver behaviour – and what it took to embed it across the organisation
- How they’ve used FleetCheck to streamline the entire claims journey, from first notification of loss through to recovering uninsured loss recovery
- The measurable financial impact of getting it right – including what a significant reduction in loss claims ratio really looks like and how they achieved it
Group Head of National Fleet
PSV Glass & Glazing
What happens when your fleet system stops being a database and starts becoming a decision engine? Join Simon Cook as he shares what becomes possible when FleetCheck becomes the single source of truth. Not just somewhere data gets stored, but a solid foundation for running an efficient operation today and preparing for the AI-led fleet intelligence of tomorrow.
- Leaning into automation, and how APIs, email imports and integrations cut manual input and remove the constant frustration of duplicating the same information across multiple systems
- How getting that right unlocks clearer compliance oversight, faster defect resolution, reduced administrative workload, and better visibility of vehicle downtime, servicing and tyre performance across the fleet
- Looking ahead, how structured data opens the door to smarter reporting, AI-led risk flagging, proactive defect management, tyre monitoring, and compliance alignment - so you're anticipating problems rather than simply reacting to them
- Why the decisions you make about your fleet data today will determine how ready your operation is when AI-driven fleet intelligence becomes the norm
