MSL Accident Service

In the event that you have been involved in a non-fault accident, MSL provides a number of services so that you are back on the road with minimal fuss and inconvenience.

One simple phone call to our freephone helpline will set in motion a seamless claims service. With our extensive fleet of vehicles and experienced in-house claims handlers, we will have you back on the road and manage all your uninsured losses with minimal fuss and inconvenience.

Credit repair

The advantage of credit repair with comprehensive insurance is that you don’t have to pay the policy excess and then wait months to recover this from the fault party’s insurer. MSL will fund 100% of the repair cost on behalf of you directly and claim this back from the at fault party. For clients with third party cover you avoid the inconvenience of waiting for the fault party’s insurer to pay the claim before you have the funds to have your vehicle repaired.

Replacement Vehicle

MSL will also ensure you stay mobile by providing you with a replacement vehicle appropriate to your needs.

Personal injury compensation

If you have suffered an injury as a result of the accident, MSL’s panel of specialist solicitors will provide legal assistance in recovering compensation from the fault party, not only for the injury, but also other uninsured losses such as vehicle recovery and storage costs, loss of earnings and any other miscellaneous expenses.
